About Us

In 1985, we began providing residential house plans to contractors and private customers. We then expanded by designing commercial buildings such as townhouses, sports complexes, hospitals, schools and etc.
Today our primary focus is on
residential and light commercial buildings. We continue to remain a small family business and able to work
with our customers on a personal level. We keep overhead costs to a minimum resulting in lower drafting & design fees.
Breeze Designs Unlimited has been involved in the planning of many sub-urban housing developments as well as countless numbers of house additions. Many times we have to attend zoning and variance hearings to represent a customer. Consulting became as important as the engineering services we provided.
Our expertise in engineering, drafting, consulting and project management, and most importantly, our experience with the construction business, has led to our vision to be a customer’s “voice” to the contractor.

Final Floor plans with approved revisions

Pricing
Project Fee: $300 (Credited to your final cost when completed)
Preliminary Layout: 20 cents per SQ FT
Preliminary Revisions: $50 per hr
Final Layout: 30 cents per SQ FT
Final Revisions: $50 per hr
3 -D Model: FREE
Note: Commercial projects are subject to a 15% surcharge + Engineering fees
